Brendan Evans is a real estate agent specializing in both residential properties and development opportunities throughout Los Angeles. Born and raised in La Cañada and spending much of his youth in Laurel Canyon and the Westside, he offers clients insider knowledge of those neighborhoods, along with West Hollywood and the Hollywood Hills.

A graduate of the University of Southern California, Brendan transitioned into real estate following a successful national and international contemporary ballet career, including with Ballet de l’Opéra de Lyon. His experience performing professionally at the highest levels of the dance world shaped the disciplined work ethic, attention to detail, and calm, strategic approach that now define his work.
