About Timmy Kirk

Timmy Kirk was born and raised in the Los Angeles area. After graduating from Tulane University, Timmy earned his degrees in Communications and business administration. There, he found a deep passion for architecture and real estate. This admiration has led to a wide breadth of knowledge and appreciation for the city of Los Angeles as well, something he loves to share with his clients. Timmy has hit the ground running in real estate, facilitating high class transactions spanning from Northridge to the Hollywood Hills. Through his extensive work with prominent Real Estate developers, Timmy has formed great skills in communication, property values, the importance of materials in a home, and an understanding of clients’ needs, being sure to prioritize anything to support them.

When not working, Timmy is a true lover of all things music, playing multiple instruments and doing deep dives on his favorite artists.
